It was the spring of 2013 when we attended a natural product expo at the Toronto Metro Convention Centre. The energy was fresh, the crowd was curious, and I was so excited to introduce something special from the heart of Turkey — Akita Rosewater.

One woman approached our booth with interest but also a bit of hesitation. “What is this rosewater really like?” she asked. I smiled, gently picked up the bottle, and said:
“Would you like to try it?”

She held out her face and I sprayed our pure rosewater onto her skin — eyes wide open. Surprised, she asked,

I nodded.
