In 2003, Akita developed a distinctive approach to processing Rosa damascena roses, focused on preserving the naturally occurring aromatic fraction within the distillate rather than separating the rose oil as an independent product.
Our process begins with Rosa damascena roses cultivated in Isparta, a region celebrated for its rose-growing heritage.
The result is Akita Non-De-Oiled Rose Distillate, internationally identified by the cosmetic ingredient name:

Unlike rose water produced after the deliberate removal of rose essential oil, our approach is designed to retain the naturally associated aromatic fraction within the finished distillate.
