• Analytical Data: Non-identifiable statistical data is kept for a limited period (typically 26 months) to improve our services.

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly within the Akita Skin Care World app. To do this: Open the app > Go to "Profile" > Click "Delete My Account" at the bottom of the page.
• Manual Deletion Request: You may also request the deletion of your data by contacting our Privacy Officer at 📧 [email protected].

Once a deletion request is processed, your personal identity information is permanently scrubbed from our databases, except for data we are legally mandated to retain for tax and regulatory compliance.

8. COMPLIANCE

Our data practices are designed to comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada and other applicable regional privacy laws.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
