For Face:
Mix 1–2 drops with a carrier oil (jojoba, almond, etc.)
Apply to clean, damp skin at night
For Body:
Add 5–10 drops to body lotion or massage oil
Apply after shower for soft, scented skin
For Relaxation:
Add 3–5 drops to a diffuser
Or place 1 drop on wrists and inhale deeply
For Bath:
Mix 5 drops with milk or honey (to help blend in water)
Add to warm bath and soak for 15–20 minutes
